Since the 1980s, formerly known as The Villa, Hilltop Kitchen has been a beloved family-owned restaurant founded by Vito Kala and his family. Over the decades, this family business has grown into a treasured part of our community, serving hearty, flavorful dishes rooted in American tradition, enriched with a vibrant tapestry of global influences. In 2024, the Kala family proudly entrusted the legacy to Gita Persaud and her family, continuing the spirit of family, tradition, and community.
